How to Start a Shared Note

Initial Settings

To use a Shared Note, the following operations are required on a teacher's device.

For iPad / iPhone

Update the application to the latest version (version 4.0 or later is supported)

※ Older versions may show "Enable Shared Notes." Please update the App to the latest version.

Step 1

▼Launch "Settings"

Step 2

▼Select "LoiLoNote" from the menu on the left, then select "Experimental Features" on the right.

▼Turn on "Create Shared Notes (teachers only)"

For Chromebook / Windows

Step 1

▼A menu appears from the account name in the upper right corner and select "Preferences."

▼Select "Create Shared Note (teachers only)."

How to Use Shared Notes

※ Students cannot create Shared Notes yet.

Step 1

▼When "Creating New Note," select "Shared Note."

Step 2

▼The following icon appears in the upper right corner of the Note screen.

Step 3

▼Tap the icon and select the teachers/students with whom you want to Share Notes.

You will see the Shared Note in the list of Notes of the added user, from which you will be open the Note to study.

Notes:

You can only share with teacher accounts that have used "Add Subject."]

Please note that teacher accounts that have joined in "Other Teacher's Subjects" are not designated for sharing.
